Worry is a man’s deathbed. ‘Chintha jeevan ki chitha hai’- is a Hindi saying that points out the bad effects of worry. What this saying means is that worry is the burning pyre of life. It is true because worry eliminates all happiness in a man’s life. It induces him to forget all happy thoughts and concentrate on a particular problem, so the person’s health deteriorates by losing peace of mind and body.

When tension arises, a person’s blood pressure rises and they can even become disoriented in the worst case. Such a situation can and should be avoided by giving oneself totally to God. The only friend in need is God, for he will not forsake a person who has sought help from him. What God gives always lasts. What man gives soon perishes.

God’s grace is the greatest gift that man must treasure and strive to obtain. When a man becomes fit to receive the grace of God, he will naturally be filled with everlasting joy and peace and attain self-realization. Haste is another cause of depression. Slow and steady wins the race. A person should always be prepared and systematic in his life.

Whether it is travel preparations or his life journey, man should never procrastinate and should prepare beforehand to avoid any last minute confusion and stress.

Fast foods can harm a person in the long run both physically and mentally. Spicy foods cause changes in behavior and intake should be reduced to ensure good health.

Worry, hurry and curry are a list of problems that cause headaches or tension in men. A healthy life should be filled with peace and relaxation. The life is for enjoy it. A long term goal and hard work will help a man to live a successful life.
